Program Overview

This program is designed to maintain a strong yoga practice so that you can continue to improve, while increasing the level of difficulty gradually and safely by challenging yourself continuously.

Along with improved flexibility, strength and balance, yoga inspires a deeper sense of calm and ease in your body and mind. Yoga reduces chronic fatigue, decreases anxiety & stress, lifts your mood, improves sleep, reduces pain, lowers cholesterol and generally improves quality of life.

It is designed for those who has a sedentary lifestyle or works mainly on screens for long hours each day. It is a mantras to build your Self-Love! Yoga to All… Levels! Body Types! Ages!

Shraddha offers complete practices for body, mind and spirit that will accompany you off the mat and grace you throughout your day. Teaching from 10+ years of personal experience and a passion to share, Shraddha enjoys creating a fun, interesting guided experience that will ultimately lead you to a healthier and more productive life. Shradha has completed her Bachelors & Masters in Physical Education and PG Diploma in Yoga Sciences and Pranayama.

She is known for her passion, clarity, and creativity, Shraddha teaching is a dynamic blend of inspiration and careful work. Masterful at synthesis, her ability to harvest and transmit the unique contributions of various yoga methods is unparalleled. She believes that yoga practice can help anyone access their inner wisdom and authentic spirituality and clarify their highest personal expression.
