This program is designed to maintain a strong yoga practice so that you can continue to improve, while increasing the level of difficulty gradually and safely by challenging yourself continuously.

Along with improved flexibility, strength and balance, yoga inspires a deeper sense of calm and ease in your body and mind. Yoga reduces chronic fatigue, decreases anxiety & stress, lifts your mood, improves sleep, reduces pain, lowers cholesterol and generally improves quality of life.

It is designed for those who has a sedentary lifestyle or works mainly on screens for long hours each day. There's no better way to start your day.

Mr. Janender Sharma
Janender Sharma is an expert Yoga Therapist. He has completed his Yoga education from Morarji Desai National Institute Of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi and now working as a Physical Educationist and Yoga Therapist at Govt. of NCT, Delhi.

His keen insight about the mind-body set up and functions enables him to devise unique therapies and programmes to further the healing and wellness process of individuals. Janender had successfully conducted Yoga camps with Airforce Station (Dhaula Kuan), Intelligence Bureau (internal security and counter-intelligence agency, New Delhi), Central Warehousing Corporation, Ministry of AYUSH. He has successfully transformed over 1000 lives till now.

He believes in developing and strengthening your ability to live, express, and embody your truth. "The transformation from disintegration to integration happens over time, but even beginners can get a taste of it".

Janender keeps formulating sessions which are tested and proven for mind-body connection and help in building internal resilience of the practitioner. He is well versed in asanas and understands the biomechanics of the body. He helps in strengthening the body applying the geometrical approach in asanas. He helps in optimizing the use and avoiding injuries of muscles while performing asanas. Resultantly, practitioners are able to gain control of their body and muscles which enables them to perform the complex asanas with ease.

He has a unique training style and agility which makes learning more interesting and motivating. His sessions always have something unique and enlightening for his diverse group of patients and yoga seekers.
